Villa Caini - country house

Villa indipendente su 2 piani,: al piano terra la zona giorno con ampio living, tavolo conviviale ed una grande cucina ben attrezzata,; al primonpiano le.stanze da letto accoglienti e bagno moderno.. Perfetta anche per soggiorni lunghi. Gradevole anche lo spazio esterno, per una cena estiva .I proprietari sono accoglienti e molto disponibili. Bellissima scoperta, torneremo!

Villetta bifamiliare in mezzo al verde e a breve distanza da Perugia. Attrezzata con tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

The entire building is completely functional and newly renovated, with traditional materials like wooden beams and terracotta tiles.

Spotlessly clean and a clam and beautiful location

Nothing as such. Maybe a smart TV would be helpful for kids.

We stayed in this property for three nights and traveled by car to different locations nearby. Ideal for a large group. Property was very clean and host was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again if I am in the area!

Nothing at all

This house is HUGE. Living room you can dance in and three big bedrooms. Two well equipped bathrooms, one with bubble bath our son just loved. Kitchen has every appliance you need for a dinner or breakfast. Location is just fantastic: away from everything loud while being close to necessary things like shops and restaurants. The hostess is super friendly and helping, very nice person to talk to. Would definately come here again but for a longer stay!

While being almost perfect i got the feeling that the house wasnt finished: wiring sticking out of the walls and not covered niches in the walls. Has absolutely no impact on quality of stay, it just catches the attention..
