Check-in was very quick. This was our second visit to this property. The host Mr Appar is excellent, very responsive and accommodative. He has a manager who responds quickly to address any issue. We stayed in a 2 bhk though the property also has a couple rooms on the second floor. The experience was very pleasant. The living room is large with a LED TV. Kitchen has a gas stove and the necessary utensils to do the cooking. The house is very clean and maintained well. Both the bedrooms have the ACs and one of them has an attached bathroom. The property itself is in a good safe neighborhood. There is a nearby food service by Sudha Foods, who deliver food to this property and the quality is pretty good!

The only issue that we found was seepage in the walls in multiple places and the wall paint peeling off. The maid servant mentioned that it was due to the recent floods. If this is addressed, that it would be a great property to stay even for longer vacations.

Good location and clean place to either stay alone or with many people. This is a furnished apartment (2 bedroom with a big hall, dining table, kitchen, fridge and also washing machine). You can either cook your own food (buy groceries from nearby shops) or you can eat out. You can walk 5-10 minutes to reach the main locations. If needed, you can also call auto and travel as well. On busy or festive days, auto charges will be very high. The property has excellent car parking facility too. You can see the mountain from the top terrace as well.
