Panorama Luxury Suites

The hospitality has really blown my mind here! The owners are very attentive and very thoughtful. The breakfast is served at the owners own taverna "Plakias" in Spili and few minutes away, and I have never had such a good included breakfast before. On the day we leave we had to leave before the breakfast time, and they have prepared us a breakfast from the night before and gave it to us in the evening even! The room was also very clean, with the service comparable to professional hotels. The room is decorated with very modern and good furniture, too. Would highly recommend!

No single thing to complain

Modern & tastefully furnished. Very clean. Nice view (although lower floor has no direct view). Cute cats that are unfortunately a bit shy. Table tennis available.

Unfortunately, booking did not show the exact rooms, so we expected a bigger apartment and a whirlpool (only upstairs available). Downstairs is unfortunately all paved over, nature and less fence would be nicer.

Beautiful location with breathtaking mountain views. The host was incredibly welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Nothing

The parking is very convenient. The view is amazing! The rooms are brand new, large, and very clean. The bathrooms are large and clean, and the water pressure is high (this is how I prefer it). There is a hair dryer. The air conditioning is coming out from the ceiling. The owner let me know that there are washing machines that we can use anytime we need them. Also, the owner of the Platia restaurant over the Lion Heads at the center of Spili gave us complimentary drinks when we visited it. The staff is very friendly. However, the cleaning lady tried to enter the room without knocking on the door. Of course, when she realized that we were there, she asked us if she could come in to clean and if we needed anything. It is about 30 minutes from the beach Triopetra and Patania and 30 minutes from Rethimno. The wifi was perfect, and I was able to work from there online. Plus, they offer Netflix for free and, I think, some other online movie services.

The rooms are a bit far from Spili center. However, the distance is walkable (15 mins walk), and you can use your car (2 mins drive) and park at the free parking in the town.
