The staff were great

The bed sheets looked like they had been made up from the last stay but not changed. There was, what looks like, a seaman stain on the sheets at crotch level on the left side of the bed. We both looked at it and decided it almost certainly was. Not nice. The soap, both hair wash and body wash in the room smells terrible. Like a dressing out of the kitchen, not soap. The breakfast was pretty lousy. There are far better breakfasts in hotels. A wasp in the jam with other insects. Bad selection. The swimming pool was too crowded for us so we gave it a miss despite getting a hotel with a pool specifically for swimming. The pool table has ripped pockets, the 2 darts provided were damaged and no one could find the ball for table football. We got out of there like a bat out of hell to return to another local hotel. Pretty much, felt like I should wipe my feet on the way out so as not to dirty the street.

Great place to stay overnight if you have a plane to catch in the early morning. The staff were great, rooms were clean and nice. Happy with our stay

We loved our 3 weeks at the hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The food was good. We swam every day and appreciated the natural surroundings. Really for my wife and I everything was perfect.

This hotel is just an oasis in the chaos of Cambodia. Huge territory, gorgeous pools, delicious breakfasts and dinners.

The sport opportunities, the green surrounding, the staff attention. the quietness, the vue from my balcony, the (external) horse riding club behind the hotel,

Terribly noisy and toxic insecticide fumigation at night (10:30 to 12:00) every 10 days with lindane which is forbidden since years in europe-- and stinks! Killing birds and lizards/frog and other predators of morsquitoes. And poisoning the staff. less important, the bell from the elevator is too loud particularly at night. The cloud of fumes rises up to the balcony and windows at the 3-4tha floor. and, since I stayed a month, the menu gets a bit boring.:-). But I will come back and move to soho85 hotel nearby for 2 days every 10 days :-) about Phnom Penh Walking in the streets near the hotel is very dangerous and uncomfortable. no foot path and motorbikes drive everywhere. And Phnom penh hates pedestrians . no foot path and in the rare location where there is a footpath it is used by motobykes and cars alike.
