Spacious, new furniture, close to the tram station, quiet at night.

A bit complicated entrance, three separate doors/locks to enter.

Very nice and clean space, air conditioning worked great and it was pretty close to town by tram. The host was very helpful via email.

Although nothing happened, when it was dark the neighbourhood felt unsafe. Once inside however, the apartment felt safe.

The space, the decorations (recent renovation), security are all good The apartment is in a big block with separate grid door for better security Free capsule coffee, tea bag, etc provided 15 min walk/5min by no.19/49 tram to kelenfold train station and etele mall. Mini coop & Tesco express are just the corner 3-5min by walk

Goog to add or chang thicker curtains except the net curtain for better privacy Good to add an extra indoor door for bedroom so Aircon can effect with more efficiency

The apartment was very nice and had everything and more than we hoped for. The communication was excellent we git very fast replies. The place was clean and well maintained.
