GBGBLocation was good for where I was working
The poor housekeeping and poor communication. 1. The kitchen reeked of dog. I had to buy air freshener to clear the smell. 2. There was an old chewed shoe and a tennis ball on the kitchen floor - both smelly. 3, The kitchen floor appeared not to have been cleaned - debris in the cracks. I had to hoover the floor and mop it. 4 .No toilet paper. I had to go and buy some. 5. Kitchen windows filthy and with cobwebs hanging. 6. There was a stair gate at the top of the stairs. It had a bar across at floor level making a trip hazard. 7. Reported these points by email on Friday night. No response until Sunday when asked whether I wanted a reclean. Pointless as I had already done the work. 8. Was told I could remove the stair gate as the booking company had no one to do it. I didn't move it as I didn't want to risk damaging either the gate or the wall. Very disappointed with the above, and with the difficulty of communication
