Staff were great. We had a little hiccup when we reached as we reached really late and the room was given to someone else, however they organised a room within a few minutes. But staff were polite and helpful. They fulfilled all requests.

Just the level of cleanliness, esp in the bathrooms.

Its owner zahoor vai is a perfect plan maker, he made my trip comfortable and memorable. Everything was perfect in the hotel.All the facilities we have got what was required. Mr.Zahoor who became just like my brother.He helped us to contact with the transport. The food what we ordered, served hot and fresh.I feel the hotel just like my home.

Amazing hospitality, excellent location, awesome behavior, clean room and cozy blankets made us feel like home. Zahoor Bhai(owner) helped us to book cab for our trip with reasonable price much less than the market price. The hotel is 2 mins walk from Dal Lake. The breakfast was free and tasty. Quality food also available for lunch and dinner with reasonable price. Special mention for Noor bhai, he helped us in many ways like booking autos, preparing mouth watering home cooked food and hot water etc. Strongly recommanded hotel for smooth and enjoyable trips

Entire stay was very good , staff was very good , food was good, owner was very helpful , he himself came to check if every thing is upto the mark. Nice hospitality

It is generally a quiet place, and the staff are helpful. I checked in late and a staff member was waiting outside the gate. They also arranged a taxi for my return to the airport.

The cupboard seemed raw and unfinished from the inside and there were no hangers. They provided only one soap bar and no shampoo packets, which was weird as they are very cheap. The room's door has a gap below, which prevents proper insulation and so the room can get kinda cold.

The hotel is newly constructed and offers pleasant stay. Visited with family. Since it's newly constructed, full fledged restaurant isn't available currently. Kitchen is still being setup. However, orders may be placed with staff arranging food from outside. Breakfast items etc are however made inhouse.

Comfortable stay, very helpful staff, clean rooms, breakfast as requested. Owner was very good, he helped with trip planning, arranging for car and giving helpful info to make the trip worth
