My experience at Airy Suites was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Santorini was the first stop of my Greece trip, and this hotel was my first stay. On the first night, I used the hot tub (after draining it twice) and the next morning I woke up with red rashes all over my body. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but it got worse and I had to get medication in that afternoon. I only stayed for two nights and three days, so I couldn’t deal with it immediately. After moving to Mykonos, my condition became severe, and I contacted Mariana from the Airy suites. Communication with her was difficult she kept asking irrelevant questions and didn’t offer any sincere apology. I also emailed Alexander, but he doesn't reply me anymore and kept avoiding the issue. I sent photos and explained everything, but there was no response, no refund, and no compensation. After returning to Canada, my doctor diagnosed it as HOT TUB FOLLICULITIS (a bacterial infection). This ruined my trip in Greece SO BAD.I was in PAIN, ITCH, and feverish. Very unprofessional management and complete lack of responsibility. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

L’emplacement

Pa d’accueil, pas de service de chambre comme dit dans l’annonce ( tous les 3 jours alors que le gérant a dit tous les 2 jours), pas de petit déjeuner continental comme dans l’annonce mais un panier avec un choix limité à faire la veille. Si on prend 2 tranches de pain beurre +miel vous n’avez pas droit à un jus de fruit ni à un fruit. Pas d’assiette, pas de tasse, pas de serviette de table. Obligée de réclamer et tout en carton mais pas de serviette. Pas de couverts. Pas de wifi pendant 4 jours , électricité coupée. Demande de couverture : on a eu une couette sans housse. La personne qui nous apportait le petit déjeuner semblait être un local qui faisait ça pour dépanner, très gentil mais aucune communication. Cerise sur le gâteau le dernier jour le petit déjeuner ne correspondait pas à notre commande de la veille. Jacuzzi : eau trouble et traces noires sur les bords qui ne donnaient pas envie d’en profiter .

Instalaciones muy nuevas y comodas

El desayuno es mejorable, tanto puntualidad, revisar que se entrega lo que se pide y el contenido, unas tostadas sin haber tostadora en la vivienda...Por otro lado, no tiene servicio de habitaciones y además no puede ser que para 4 días te dejen una sola bolsa de basura y un rollo de papel higiénico, no hay nada de menaje de cocina básico...esos detalles hay que mejorarlos. Para el precio que tiene hay que mejorar cosas, no es suficiente con unas instalaciones buenas y nuevas.

Frühstück ohne Besteck und Teller geliefert vom Minimarkt. Kein WLAN kein Fernseher da über Wlan Wlanwahr angeblich defekt und konnte während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Kein Housekeeping, eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung ohne Küche.
