USUSUSThey had Christmas tree and Christmas lights decorated on the inside and outside of the cabin. Cleanup was easy. You simply turned off the lights and lock the door. Regular communication ahead of the day and throughout the day was amazing definitely

It was dirty. There was trash behind the curtains in the bedroom. There was a dead bug under the pillows. The tub was filthy and had to be cleaned prior to being used. The sofa was covered in crumbs under the cover. The floor was covered in stains. There were only enough towels for two people even though three people were registered to stay. There was incident and it was handled extremely poorly. Very hard to get ahold of anyone when you need someone.
USI love the fact that it's located close to all the attractions but still off the beaten path. It's very cozy and quiet. The screened in porch is the perfect place to have your favorite drink and listen to the nights natural symphony!
We did have one short time that the Internet wasn't working (4 year old had a meltdown because his tablet didn't work) but it was resolved very quickly. The staff are quick to answer any questions or correct any concerns.

USThis was a last minute trip plan for us and our expectations weren't the greatest. However, to our surprise, this little Cabin was a true Gem ! Very clean, very private, cozy. It's conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for an easy drive into town. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to end the day. The cabin is small but was perfect for the 2 of us. Communication with Heather was excellent. Check in was super easy. We will definitely put this property at the top of our list on our next visit.
The shower is very small. I am over 6' tall and had a hard time moving around in the shower. This isn't a problem for average sized people but the cabin also had a jacuzzi which accommodated my size just fine. Overall there was nothing we didn't like about our stay except we wish we could have stayed longer !
