"A very pleasant and convenient stay for a single-day trip to Milan"

+ Very friendly and helpful owner who waited for me until 23:00 when I arrived, although the check-in time is set at 15:00. + Good location - quite far from the city centre, but well-accessible with subway. + Comfortable bed. + Cozy and welcoming general appearance of the flat. + Breakfast - the owner has an agreement with the nearby cafe where you can have a pre-paid coffee and a piece of baked goods. Very convenient idea and great service at the cafe. + Free parking area available. + Price/value ratio.

- The communication (response time) with the owner sometimes took a long time. - Some utilities of the flat are rather old and need restoration.
