Dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum 10 minut do targu. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna pomaga w każdym problemie . Spokojna bezpieczna dzielnica . Blisko dużo dobrych restauracji 15 minut samochodem do ładnej plaży

Bardzo stara zabytkowa kamienica więc nie wszystko wygląda jakby niektórzy oczekiwali ale nie można tego uznać jako minus

I did like the apt itself. It was everything in there even some free snacks and wine. And also the coolest gadget I've ever seen - bluetooth speaker built into the mirror.

I didn't like the neighborhood which was kinda creepy

The hosts are absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The location of the appartment is perfect, just a 10 min walking distance to the city centre and all major sights of beautiful Catania, or 10 min to the train/bus station if you wish to explore other cities in the area. The apartment is well equipped with a comfy bed. We had a great time!

The place is slightly humid despite regular ventilation / AC (might have been due to the weather?) so if you are sensitive, you should keep that in mind.

Sayen & Carmelo, the managers, were attentive & responsive. This ensured our comfort & satisfaction, and elevated our time in Catania. Tastefully decorated kitchen/living room: perfect for meals: stove, micro, fridge, coffee, dishes, easy cooking. Bedroom is a sanctuary. Clean/comfortable & air conditioning/heating provided comfort. Ample storage space which allowed us to easily unpack. Bathroom: all new amenities including a washing machine. Plenty of hot water. Impeccable cleanliness, everything worked! Perfect location to explore. Near from Town Centre, outdoor markets and Via Etnea & Corso Sicilia shopping streets. Near bus /train transportation. Many great restaurants, coffee bars, pastry shops, grocery stores. We highly recommend Civita Home for an authentic & unforgettable Catania experience. We anticipate our return to Catania & the opportunity to once again experience the warmth & charm of this exceptional property. Thank you, Sayen & Carmelo, for making our trip truly memorable.

Quite loud neighbors

The location is perfect for walking tours! Also, as it’s placed in tenement building, you could experience real Sicilian vibe.

Unfortunately, as the windows overlook the patio, you could hear the neighbours getting ready for work.
