The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the facilities were great. we also went to the restaurant every night as it was so affordable and delicious! Definitely want to come back

We didn't get much information about what we were supposed to do with the bins and if we were supposed to leave the caravan a certain way. We of course did all the washing up and tidied up completely.

Cheap

I spent £5 on internet for the week and it didn't work. It was a very cold week in May and there was no heating. I had to have all three duvets on me at night.

Unbearable smell that staff refused to acknowledge was making my accommodation uncomfortable and impacting on my Autism and ADHD
