Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ περιποιημένο ως χώρος και άνετο για 3 άτομα. Είχε ολες τις βασικές παροχές. Για τους καλοκαιρινούς επισκέπτες έχει και πρόσβαση σε μια μικρή αυλή.
Ο χώρος ήταν ημιυπόγειος. Κατέβαινες 2-3 σκαλιά.
