Modern + Clean + Great View + Spacious

The apartment’s furnishings are truly luxurious: comfortable furniture inside as well outside, perfectly equipped kitchen including basic groceries, thoughtful details such as lighting, comfortable seating in the living room, beautiful bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. From the terrace, there is a truly breathtaking view.

Unfortunately, for me, not even the luxury of the apartment could make up for the fact that it is located directly above a restaurant that is open every day of the week until midnight. Despite the owners’ assurances that it would be quiet inside, even with the windows closed you can hear in the living room which languages guests are speaking, every scrape of a chair on the restaurant terrace tiles, children crying and guests laughing. The terrace becomes useless for me after 6 p.m., because as soon as cooking starts, smoke and the smell of grilled meat drift down from the roof — for the same reason, I couldn't air out the bedroom while the kitchen is in operation. The restaurant does close at midnight, but the staff keeps cleaning until one, and that’s about just as loud. For this reason, I reduced my stay to just one short night, and I am glad that the owners were accommodating in canceling the rest of the booking. With all due respect to the other guests and their positive reviews, everyone should probably have the chance to decide for themselves whether they want to spend their holiday in such an environment or not. In my opinion, the fact that the description states that guests have access to a restaurant does not mean that you will actually be living above it.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. It was also very spacious with gorgeous, unobstructed sea views.

Lovely view and loved the outdoor balcony. Maria was absolutely lovely and the apartment was perfect for us.
