"Something broken with heating"

- contact with owner - kitchen, bathroom, balcony

- there was not working heating and as the apartment is large it was very cold inside, 16-17 degrees, we contacted owner about the problem but because we were for one night we just used blankets which at least were present in the apartment so it was ok - we couldn't wash ourselves due to lack of heating, water was warm but it's not pleasent to be after shower in cold rooms
