Nothing. We booked the property back in May. We messaged the morning of my booking to advise a check in time and was met with ‘property not available’. Then went on to accuse us of booking the property an hour before, then agreed we had booked it 5 months previously but he had ‘missed the booking’. We were left with no accommodation an hour before we were due to arrive after a 4 hour car journey. Now he can’t advise how we get our money back. I refuse to cancel it myself as that will automatically deny any chance of us getting our money back. Thankfully (hmm) managed to find accommodation after being left with no choice of paying an extra £117 on top of what we’d paid this clown.

By adding a TV in the room would be better

Very very clean apartment. Very nice and friendly owner

This was a home for other renters so not that private or quiet. We simply were surprised that is all. A very nice stay for a night

felt very unsafe for a solo woman - the room I was in had just partition doors between the room and the kitchen so felt very exposed and vulnerable. The check-in was very poor with no prior information but luckily the owner answered the phone and told me what to do, but no one there or no clear instructions besides a quick phone call. The whole place was a bit dingy and weird. The worst bit was the tenant whose house I was apparently sharing shouting on the phone and stomping around until the early morning - I had an early flight and the noise from thin walls kept me up and anxious all night.

Spacious room and bed was firm. The host was not present but guided me to find the keys and was responsive. Easy parking on the street near the accommodation

I was downstairs with a separate toilet that everyone could use and bathroom upstairs so I didn't feel comfortable to go upstairs and use the bathroom.
