Wunderschöne, komfortable, liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den sehr gepflegten Garten, über Methoni bis hin zum Meer. Strand von Methoni fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr grosse Anlage, die wir mitbenutzen durften, inklusive Pool. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer sofort auf Anfragen reagiert und Vorschläge für Exkursionen gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, im Kühlschrank lauter Geschenke (Kuchen, Wasser, Alkoholika, Kompott), Küche toll mit Kaffee, Gewürzen, Öl usw.. Der Garten und der Pool ein Traum...

Der Weg zum Strand...viele Autos und kein Gehweg, besser ist es, über den Dorfkern zu laufen :)

Easily accessible and beautiful property, tastefully renovated by the owner to the highest standards. Wonderful area only 5 minutes walk to the beach and village, plenty of options for dinning and close to local attractions and numerous archaeological sites (Methoni, Pylos castles, Polylimnio waterfalls, ancient Messene, and pristine beaches). The property is perfect for families with small children, outstanding hospitality by the owner. I rarely provide reviews but this is a clear 10 rating. We wish we had more time for a longer stay.

Το Methoni Gem ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας και ο τίτλος gem του ανήκει!! Το σπίτι ευρύχωρο, πολυτελές και πεντακάθαρο. Η κ.Φωτεινή ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα και είχε φροντίσει και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια ώστε να μη μας λείψει τίποτα. Ο τεράστιος κήπος με τα δέντρα και την πισίνα ήταν ό,τι καλύτερο για να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια και να κάνει τα παιδιά χαρούμενα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σκοπεύουμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!!!

This property is indeed what the title describes, a gem. The three bedroom apartment is renovated and decorated at the highest standard with top end materials, marbles in the bathroom, highest quality kitchen and excellent and high class deco. It is nested in an estate that includes a large Olive Garden and the veranda offers great views to Methoni and to the sea. Our kitchen was filled up with everything we could imagine, on the house, such as amazing breakfast, fresh made marmalade, honey, cakes and all sort of beverages including champagne. The owner responded to all our questions writhing seconds and was extremely hospitable. A magic experience .

From the moment we arrived at Methoni Gem, it was clear that the villa’s name is a modest understatement of its true splendor. I had the distinct honor of being the first guest at this exquisite retreat, accompanied by my mother and close friends, and my darling cousin – our experience was nothing short of magical. Fotini, the radiant hostess, welcomed us with open arms and a warm smile that immediately made us feel at home. Her profound knowledge of Methoni and the Peloponnese and her passion for sharing the local treasures with us was infectious. The villa itself is a testament to Fotini’s impeccable taste and attention to detail. It exudes elegance and comfort with its beautifully appointed living spaces and serene outdoor terraces – inviting and sophisticated. Our rooms were spacious and meticulously clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights and energized days. The bathroom was equally luxurious, featuring high-end fixtures and thoughtful amenities. Its location is also simply fabulous as it’s just a short stroll from Methoni Beach. We enjoyed our morning walks to the shoreline and spent our afternoons lazing at the beach and wandering about the historic Methoni Castle. What truly sets Methoni Gem apart is the unparalleled hospitality provided by Fotini. She goes above and beyond – from the personalized welcome treats, the jovial conversations, and, when asked, her curated itineraries tailored to our interests. Her dedication to creating a memorable experience is evident in every aspect of the villa. I am well-traveled and shall recommend Fotini and Methoni Gem to one and all. It shines like a diamond – we should have stayed longer!
