Staff is excellent supportive always, and friendly. Beautiful pool .

Old and need renovation urgently. Value per money is low and no discounts. No flexabilty from upper management on anything. One manager was rude and aggressive.

Location is good

Toilet backing up , and recent renovations changes to the poolside unnecessary and cheapening the aesthetic around the pool with a bubbles pool club sign , the animals are a nice touch but the chickens and guinea fowl are a nuisance in the morning. Staff suspicious around room contents and forgot to leave extra pillow cases on pillows , then thought we had purloined them ??

Very good stay and the staff was great specially shanty at the reception❤️

Everything was really perfect! This place is magnificent ! It has a soul and we really love our stay here. That Garden is a true paradise + the people who work in Sasha's Holiday Village are amazing. Big Thanks to the manager for everything that he does for us. I must mention that we especially love the waiter/ bartender who work by the pool, and in the bar ,his name is Jay from Mumbai. He was the star on our vacation ,doing his job professionally and so kind.( Let him make for you a cocktail I think " Singapore symphony" is the name, you will love it. 🍹👌🏻)Great man! We are happy to meet such great people. I can't wait until next year to come back again. 💚
