CZIt was a total failure. The key box was attached to an iron grid at a window about 50m from the apartment. The code we received did not open the keybox, the contact phone was not answered by anyone and the host did not respond to our messages via booking.com Eventually, we did not get to the apartment at all. The neighbourhood is totally disgusting with rubbish scattered everywhere around, the house looks quite shattered, in strong contrast with fancy pictures on booking.com

FREverything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The accommodations had everything we needed, and I can't think of a better place for the value. At just 50€ for two, it was an excellent deal. I highly recommend this place.
It was very hot outside, and there was no air conditioning or even a small fan. They should definitely consider providing a mobile fan for guests. Additionally, it's on the 4th floor, which means a lot of walking without an elevator.

DEI don't recommend anybody.The worst apart
The apart was bad, very cold, gas stove didn't work. I sent a message the owner via Booking.com but nobody answered me. Additionally there was no bed, just sofa. Very uncomfortable.
IELocation. This is probably the most benefit of this apartment. Right beside the Tesco and other food shops or cafes, near the tram stops. Not bad for one night transit, but depends of which type of traveller you are.
Literally everything! - First and most important- the whole apartment smell heavily of cigarette smoke, looks like it's been a smoking place for a long while, despite it says on Booking page that it's a non- smoking room. Be advised that your clothing will smell after staying. - Forth floor with no lift- keep in mind. Stairs only. Fifth floor if to count by Eastern European system. - Toilet is right by the door, literally! Very inconvenient. Didn't use the shower, so can't revue. - Sleeping on the coach, not bad, but certainly not expected after journey. Pillow, sheet and blanket provided. - There is a renovation taking place in the building, it's not related to the apartments itself, but be advised that the stairs are narrow due to a lot of building stuff on the floor.
