Chez Pierre

Pierre and Lynne were very friendly and hospitable. Pierre recommended some lovely local restaurants and places to visit. Superb breakfast included with the best waffles - light and crispy, served with a delicious fruit salad and Greek yoghurt. 4 gorgeous, friendly dogs. The Island is so clean and lovely to walk around, a beautiful setting. Would definitely stay at Chez Pierre again.

The three person suite we booked on our first night exceeded our expectations — the room was very nice, well designed, and spacious. It came with air conditioning, a balcony, and a fireplace. We decided to extend our stay for one night after seeing this room — we did the rebooking immediately assuming it was the same one. The second room, however, was not up to par. For family travel, we recommend this suite.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Huge big comfortable room for our family of 5. The breakfast was excellent and the waffles are worth the visit alone! Pierre is an excellent host who couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home. He invested time in us and particularly with our daughters taking them out to look for the chameleons and showing them the waffle making process. We can’t recommend it enough.

Loved our stay. Everyone was friendly and, helpful. Perfectly positioned for easy access to town and the start of the half marathon. Not to mention the waffles, but they were delicious 😋

Great find, Chez Pierre was a lovely stopover to explore the wider Knysner area. The room is part of a bed and breakfast in the main house. Our family room was private, large, cosy, warm with a lovely bathroom ( bath and shower). The house is buzzing with life.... 4 x Uber cute dogs, a bunny, staff and onsite owners all of which were enjoyed by us and our little people. A short drive to The Heads for amazing views. They also offer Belgium waffles in their public cafe... don't leave without tasting them... Amazing! We had breakfast included, this was lovely too.

Chez Pierre had been recommended to us by a relative and we couldn't have wished for more! If the smell of fresh waffles doesn't convince you, then at least the maritime interior and the friendly owners and staff will. Comfortable, specious room and bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and served with big smiles. There's an honesty bar where you can mix your own drink and enjoy the terrace and the pool. We felt 100% comfortable here and can 200% recommend.

Localização perfeita em Leisure Island em Knysna, a guest house proporciona uma experiência confortável e intimista: a propriedade é linda e com temática de Tintim, o café da manhã é preparado pelo próprio host, os (dóceis) cachorros da família fazem companhia nas áreas comuns... O quarto em si também é ótimo e espaçoso, mais do que suficiente para 2 pessoas. Por fim, os waffles no café da manhã são maravilhosos, os melhores que já provei.
