The apartment is located on the second floor, which is accessed via a half-floor staircase and then a elevator to the apartment. Heating is carried out through radiators connected to a central system of the building turned on at fixed times, not modifiable. In addition, heating is only available in winter (from 15 October to 15 April unless amended by the City of Turin). Air conditioning is available in the living room/bedroom and not in the bathroom. In winter, it can be used on request to heat if heating with radiators is not enough.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
