Un peu éloigné d’Essaouira.

Le Riad est magnifique, les détails sont soignés et l’accueil irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, la piscine et le jardin plus qu’agréables. Le personnel de maison est adorable, et chaque détail et attention est soignée. Une parenthèse enchantée a une quinzaine de minutes du centre d’Essaouira. Nous étions en famille, et c’est unanime… nous reviendrons !!

Tout était parfait ! Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour la qualité des échanges et services. Nous recommandons cet établissement à tous nos proches et amis et comptons y séjourner lors de nos prochaines escapades à Essaouira.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren unglaublich sauber und sehr komfortabel. Der Poolbereich war sehr privat und angenehm, so dass wir als Familie dort verweilen konnten. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich und hat uns leckeres Abendessen sowie Frühstück kredenzt. Die Lage ist für uns super gewesen, denn es war vor Ort sehr ruhig, und mit einem Mietwagen konnten wir in kurzer Zeit in Essaouira sein.

Wundervoll ruhig gelegenes Riad mit Pool, Hammam, exzellentem Frühstück und einem tollen Blick vom Balkon. Es gibt Parkplätze im Schatten, auf Wunsch wird auch Lunch und Dinner angeboten und das Personal ist super freundlich. Es war ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Der Service war perfekt.

Beautiful, peaceful property in a stunning rural setting. The design is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The on-site staff were incredibly kind, patient, and did everything they could to help us throughout our stay.

The riad is very remote - without a car you need to arrange a driver for every trip into Essaouira (around 150–200 MAD each way), and there are no nearby food options unless meals are pre-booked in advance. The main issue was the WiFi. We had confirmed in advance that it would be strong enough for video calls, but it was extremely unreliable and not usable for work, which caused us to lose a full day. The staff did their best to help, including moving the router into our room, but the connection still couldn’t handle more than one person using it. We were told the issues were due to Eid and recent weather, however when we relocated into town, the internet worked perfectly fine elsewhere. Resolving this was unnecessarily difficult. Communication with the owner (who was not on site) was slow, inconsistent, and at times misleading. We were asked to cancel the booking ourselves, which would have meant losing our right to a refund. It then took two days and multiple, hour-long calls with Booking.com to resolve, despite limited responses from the owner. The on site staff was helpful, kind and patient throughout this process. As a result, most of our first two days - including our only weekend - were spent dealing with this issue instead of enjoying our trip. We eventually received a refund for the remaining nights so we could relocate, but the process was stressful and avoidable. If you need reliable WiFi or clear, transparent communication when issues arise, this may not be the right place.
