I loved the parking that was available. The rooms were really clean and comfortable.

The location was a little noisy but earplugs were provided in the room

The location was excellent and loved the coffee shop. Staff is friendly and loved the tea kettle in the room. The room was a good size too.

For the price, the hotel was extremely loud. Every night a trash truck came through the alley and beeped its horn. Additionally there must not be a ton of insulation between rooms as you could hear what your neighbors were up to.

Always a great stay with an awesome location and attentive staff.

I liked the location, the design, the staff. And the little extras like the Sparrow notebook and the wonderful bathrobe. The staff was very kind to help us store our bicycles.

Some items were missing from my room - a hairdryer and water cups. There was no breakfast. It would be nice to have even a continental breakfast.

Staff were so nice - there was a concert anticipated that night - staff took us to see our assigned room to determine if it would be too noisy for our family and showed us another option. We ended up staying in our original room but the extra steps and patience he showed was much appreciated! Room was clean, cute/modern, and I liked the bathrobe! Food onsite was delicious.

The staff was very accommodating and the location was ideal.

The room location over the alleyway. There was the trash pickup truck on Friday and Saturday am, and on Saturday a loud head-banging music fest was being held at the bar beneath the room.
