I had the pleasure of spending a few days in this extraordinary apartment, and I must say it was one of the best decisions I've made. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome and attention to detail from the hosts. The apartment is spacious, bright, and modernly decorated. Every element of the decor is carefully chosen, making the interior not only aesthetically pleasing but also very functional. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare delicious meals, and the comfortable sofa in the living room was the perfect spot to relax after a day full of sightseeing. The location is absolutely perfect—close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, which enabled me to fully enjoy the charm of the area. Additionally, I found all the essential amenities in the apartment, including fast internet and cable TV, making my stay even more comfortable. I can't forget to mention the amazing view from the balcony ETNA 🌋, which amazed me every morning. It's the ideal spot for a cup of coffee while taking in the surroundings. In summary, this apartment is a true gem! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. I will definitely return at the next opportunity!

Жилье нам очень понравилось. Очень большие апартаменты.. Три балкона. Три кондиционера. Идеально чисто.Из одного балкона открывается вид на вулкан Этна. В апартаментах есть всё, что нужно. Хозяин нас встретил, всё показал. Он всегда на связи и отвечает на все вопросы. Место, где находится жилье, оживлённое .Очень много магазинов, кафе. Рядом два больших магазина продуктов. До моря пешком около 20 минут.18 минут пешком до площади Дуомо, где можно увидеть красивые старинные здания и посетить знаменитый рыбный рынок. Нужно учесть что автобусы не придерживаются графика расписания. Место и апартаменты нам очень понравились. Люди на Сицилии очень хорошие. Сентябрь - это лучший месяц для отдыха на Сицилии!

Bardzo duży apartament dwie sypialnie salon kuchnia łazienka.Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony wszystkie pokoje klimatyzowane.Miła i pomocna właścicielka która cały czas dbała o swoich gości😀 Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum miasta i publicznej plaży 20 min spacerem, przystanek autobusowy praktycznie przy budynku można dojechać bezpośrednio na lotnisko lub dworzec kolejowy i autobusowy.w pobliżu sklepy, piekarnie,fastfood do restauracji trzeba udać się w pobliżu centrum miasta Lidl jakieś 15 min od apartamentu w kierunku plaży Z okna apartamentu widok na Etnę Dobra baza wypadowa na Etnę i okoliczne miejscowości Taorima,Syrakuzy,Savoca Gorąco polecamy 😀

La decoración y los servicios

El colchón tuvimos que darle la vuelta, pero por lo general todo muy bien

L'appartement est spacieux et agréable. Il est entièrement climatisé. L'ensemble est très bien entretenu et tout le matériel nécessaire pour maintenir l'endroit propre est laissé à notre disposition. Des petites attentions (fruits eau bonbons...) ont été laissées par les propriétaires à notre arrivée. Ces derniers sont très réactifs et nous ont renseigné très volontiers sur Catane et les environs. La plage (gratuite) est à environ 15-20 mn de marche. Le centre ville historique est à environ 25 mn à pied. De la gare centrale vous pouvez rejoindre Siracuse Palerme et d'autres villes de Sicile.

La literie de la chambre parentale mériterait d'être changée. La gare qui se trouvait juste à côté de l'appartement a fermé ! Cela complique les déplacements.

Mi è mancata la moka, ma non è importante, c’era la macchinetta espresso

L,appartement est conforme à la description : spacieux, confortable ( climatisation, literie...), super propre. Situé dans 1 quartier populaire, il permet de faire la ville, la plage, les courses à pieds. Marika est très accueillante et arrangeante. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

The property is very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, and comfortable. Enough space for a family of 5. Good value for the money!!!

The road is busy, hard to park your car. Be aware of running all the air conditions at the same time.
