"Exceptional"

Just spent the night at Gerrys place. On arrival we had the most warmest welcoming from Gerry himself. There is renovations happening at the min but it did not affect our stay at all. Rooms that are finished are lovely, spotless clean bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely atmosphere about the house and we left making friends with other guests. Will definitely be retuning and would highly recommend. Also was great location 5 mins into Limerick City which Gerry organised a taxi for us too Shane and Jessica Dublin

"Very good"

Lovely man running this guesthouse. We were up for a concert in Thomand Park and it was ideal. ☺️ Very close to city and he organised a taxi for us. Beds were very comfortable.

"A conman in action"

The place was unfinished. It was like a building site. There were workmen in. The kitchen was in pieces and unusable. Then to make a bad situation worse, Gerry told us that booking.com had made an error and the room should have cost 220 Euro (not 99 as we had paid) but he was only going to charge us an extra 50 euro. If we didn't give him the extra 50 euro cash then we couldn't stay. Totally against booking.com policy and extortion. He knew we wouldn't be able to get anywhere else that night. We drove home and got booking.com to refund us.
