I didn't get there

I booked for two hoping to cycle for the weekend The trains after booking announced it would be buses from.preston. I wasn't sure that myself.and partner.would.get.our bikes on the bus and tries to cancel as.a.result. The staff.to.give .a discount or offer to rebook over 100 quid charged... Not.happy.about the values of.the yha on this occasion
