Big appartment with everything you need, big rooms, full equiped kitchen, air conditiong, good wifi, balcony where u can have a relaxing breakfast, in the morning its shade; very close to Rapsani Beach- 3 minutes walk, 950m untill the middle of Kavala. Olga, the owner its great; big fridge, and a beatiful big table in the dining room

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is quiet and convenient, close to everything important. What truly made our stay special was the host, such a kind and thoughtful lady who left food and drinks in the fridge for us, a rare and generous gesture that we deeply appreciated. We felt completely at home and left with our hearts full of gratitude. If I could rate this place with 100 stars instead of 10, I would do it without hesitation. We will definitely return and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Kavala!

Have you ever stayed in your aunties house when she is away. This flat is exactly that. We felt like at home in this flat. It was too clean that we have to close the door of one of the bed rooms so it wouldn’t get dusty. From variety of shower products to whatever you could think of in the kitchen, you can find everything with lots of spares. The owner was very caring. She left us few days of breakfast materials in the fridge, like butter, eggs, cheese, jams, honey, salami…. There was an unopened pack of coffee for the coffee machine. She wrote to us few times asking how we are doing and if we want house to be cleaned, if we need any cleans sheets and towels. We used washing machine few times which was so convenient. We couldn’t meet her due to a loss in their family but we have seen her pictures on the walls :) Beach is 5 mins walk from the flat and the absolute center of Kavala is 15 mins walk. But there were various shops and food places nearby if you need. Even it says no parking but we managed to find space in front of the flat. It is a main road but if you drive up and down you could definitely find a place. So there is street parking. From beginning to the end it was an amazing stay.

I am being extra picky here; TV isn’t smart. So whatever it offers you must watch that. However I always carry my Chromecast with me which was our smart tv integration to watch whatever we want. But our stay was work from home stay, if you are in Kavala for holiday then who needs the TV?

Apartment is super cosy, nice and clean, the host is really kind and the location is great 😊
