Bilik bersih, Barang dalam bilik lengkap, lokasi dalam premis owner, roomstay berdekatan dengan kedai dan kawasan perumahan . Parking luas.

Bilik tidak kalis bunyi (boleh dengar bilik sebelah sembang dan berjalan) ,rumah tidak terlalu utuh sebab boleh rasa bergegar rumah jika bilik sebelah jalan (akan terasa impak sekali), BILIK SANGAT TIDAK PRIVACY YER (sebab boleh dengar orang bilik sebelah buat apa) .. jadi sewa hanya untuk berehat dan tido sahaja . Bilik banyak semut hitam walaupon tiada makanan. Hampir semua kawasan ada semut hitam (nasib tidak naik sampai katil)
