Me dejaron hacer el chekin early, llegue temprano y me dejaron entrar en la habitacion. La localitzación es muy buena, muy cèntrica. Me guardaron la mochila hasta que me fui.

Las instalaciones són antiguas, no tenian demasiada idea de los tours que ofrecian. El precio me parece excesivo por lo que ofrecen.

Muy bien ubicado, a solo 200 metros de la plaza.

Desayuno muy básico. No cuenta con calefacción. Faltan perchas en el baño para colgar toallas o la ropa.

We arrived to accommodation about 6pm and the room was freezing. When I asked if there was a heater to use the answer was no, even when I explained it was very cold. In the morning I went to breakfast(which was included) between the times posted.The young woman asked me to wait a moment, rang someone, then told me it would be 10 soles. But I clarified it, obviously miscommunication somewhere. There was no sign of any kind of breakfast setup. I only wanted hot water and a piece of bread or bun which she accommodated. On explaining again to the new receptionist about how the temperature in the room was well below normal and asking please would they ring the manager for a heater they indicated it would be considered but nothing happened. I have traveled the world for over 20 years now and stayed in many small, cheap places but never been denied what I consider a basic human right of warmth. The accommodation might do well to consider the numerous tourists from different climates. While they were pleasant it was obvious they were not going to accommodate. The bathroom had tiled floors that were freezing in the middle of the night. The overall look of the interior of the room, entrance and hotel in general was dark, dingy and very cold, below 10 degrees. The beds were hard. The floor was not clean. The room overlooked a courtyard so there was some early morning activity where the woman was using a microphone! I don't recommend this place because it was freezing! You can put up with a bit of noise but not being cold. Extra blankets are not the key. The room needs to be a comfortable temperature.

Douche chaude, chambre propre, et lit confortable ! Une nuit qui fait du bien quand on traverse le Pérou en sac à dos. Proche de la place principale de la ville mais la chambre est au calme, aucun bruit.
