"Excellent stay"

Location is top. You can walk to reach the main tourist attractions in Tbilisi. Working staff is incredible and 24/7 available. Irina made us feel like it’s our home , Levan is a legend , Maka is a good caring madam . Chef Bella is top and the housekeeping Zina is also cheerful . Big respect to everyone.

Only the single bed needs to be fixed as it’s leaning on the left side. Bathroom had a sewage smell too.

Отличное расположение прямо у Моста Мира, идеально для прогулок по старому Тбилиси. Большой комфортный семейный номер, окна во двор - можно выспаться даже рядом с шоссе.

Менеджер ресепшен в вечернюю смену - весьма специфично общалась. Также на парковке сразу пристал мужчина а ля "Владимирский централ" с требованием оплатить 30 лари за место. Менеджер ресепшн подтвердила, что это хоть и не парковка отеля, но стоит именно столько и других вариантов, где на ночь машину оставить будет безопасно. Утром никаких "парковщиков" уже не наблюдалось. Больше похоже на вечерне-ночной развод гостей...

The room was fine, we had the larger family room on the top floor, though the stairs up might be a bit of a challenge for some. Good location, the staff were quite friendly.

We had no WiFi in the room, and mentioned it to the staff, but it was never resolved for the 2 days we were there.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, fiyatına göre de konaklama gayet iyi. Personel tatlı, yardımsever. Resepsiyon 7/24 açık, istediğiniz zaman ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otelin önünde otobüs durağıda var. Otel zaten direkt nehrin ve köprünün yanında, her şeye inanılmaz yakın çok merkezi konumda.

Genel olarak Gürcistan soğuk bir yer, bu da binalara da yansıyor tabi. Ne yaparsanız yapın klimayı kapattığınız an buz gibi oluyor, sıcak üfleyen klima olmasa soğuk aylarda kalınmaz.
