"Avoid and be aware of the deposit trap."

Not much. There was three bedrooms but that was about it.

The property is in an urgent refurbishment. One toilet flush was not working. There was no toiletries or complimentary teas or coffees. The neighbourhood is not great. There is also £200 deposit which is not really made clear to you before you make the booking. The worst , however,was the lack of good communication and empathy from the property manager. They never answer the phone or text even when I told them that their rust old bathroom curtain metal bar fell on my son’s head. They still haven’t asked me if he was okay!
