The cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and clean.
The hot water was tricky my s/o contacted the front desk and was advised to let the water run for a while but come to find out the cold setting was actually the hot setting vise versa. My first shower was a cold one.

People hanging out by back door. Halls smelled of marijuana. What they advertise as a hot healthy breakfast was far from it. Apples, waffle maker & yogurt. Nothing more.

Looked brand new. Very clean.
Got to the property and was told there was a $100 deposit but nothing was listed about it on the listing and I was never notified after booking. Also, front desk staff acted “smart mouthed” with me when I asked for the copy of documents I had signed. Also, properly did not have an elevator so may not be accessible for anyone handicapped.
