King Street Aparthotel

Cleanliness, mattress and location. Little touches in the room made the stay quite pleasant - such as the milk in the fridge.

I had assumed it’s a standard hotel. Upon arrival i found out there is no reception and access and car parking - needed to be arranged prior to arrival. Thankfully someone answered the emergency helpline.

Location was great, cleanliness mostly was great and they let us back in when my partner left their ring!

The room was much smaller than anticipated. Water bottle still had a sour milk taste...own fault for not pouring into a glass but wouldn't have expected that! Gym didn't have much equipment in it but appreciated that it was there. Coffee machine only produced 30ml despite a double tap for a long coffee. The parking absolutely could have been included for the price of the room rather than an upsell at £20. Overall it felt overpriced at £187per night (with genius discount) for these items to be overlooked.

Very tiny room, no chair, insecure WiFi for price point, no room for luggage. Impersonal - no one around, inconvenient to get entrance code from same-day email while traveling without WiFi, though understand the need for security. Paid, gated onsite parking was expensive (20/night)
