The kitchen was next to the toilet and less space to work.

Awful property in horrendous location. Had no choice but to book as was let down at very short notice by original booking. House in middle of estate, piles of rubbish outside, group of kids smoking in the back garden. Large front window which had a broken lock meant that the property was not secure and given how unsafe it felt, we didn’t stay there in the end and left. Very unsatisfactory responses from both property agents and booking.com when I tried to get a refund which has still not been sorted.

Welshcakes and fresh milk in the fridge were a lovely welcome touch. The location of this house is very quiet, so we managed to rest well at night. The house was very clean and there was a nice view of the mountains through the windows (and when sitting in the living room, you can enjoy the sunshine). The beds were very comfortable. The heating worked perfectly when in use.

The noise of the stairs when walking downstairs at night, but don't think that can be changed since the stairs are made of wood.
