CZThe staff was great. It was very very cold in the room and there was no AC to put heating on, but also I have to say that once we asked for the heater we got it and it worked, so problem was solved. Hotel felt little abandoned and dilapidated. The balcony and balcony furtniture were dirty. Wifi did not work. It is definitely too expensive for what we got. On the other hand receptionist was super helpful with planning our next stop and transport and managed everything needed.

CZBeautiful place, lovely view, amazing people taking care of us. Anything we asked for was possible. Great breakfast. It was really great serbice and we decided to stay extra night and returning back again.
