The accommodation environment is very, very bad. There is no electricity and no water, which can't meet the needs of normal people at all. At night, there will be fishing boats coming and going. It's so noisy that I can't sleep. Electricity and water will be supplied from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The diesel generator is used. It's very noisy. Living here is completely painful.

The hotel in itself was good in the sense that it was far from the city port and quite isolated. The people were nice and tried to do their job to the best of their capacity.

The pollution. kilometers of garbage littered the stairs of the hotel and passed by our windows - kilometers! It was unbelievable to see tha tmuch rubbish in such a paradise! The staff was just a family hired by some boss... they were not very competent - just very nice.

At first I did not put any expectation about this resort since this resort still new and not so many review about here. But, after i stayed here, i really really recommend people to experience first . The triangle house concept is really unique and style. The furniture still new,clean and comfortable to use. The best part is the balcony. We are really enjoy with the sunset and sunrise view through our balcony. They also provide the netting at the corner of balcony so that we can healing to relax our mind and loose all the stress that we had 😆 For the staff, they are really helpful. If you need anything, just request and ask them. For the food, they provide seafood for dinner in buffet style. But when it comes to foods ,its really subjective depends on personal taste buds . For me,I really love the freshness , sweetness of the seafoods here. Lastly, this resort provide so many activities. They have paragliding, kayaking with transparent boat,swimming and snorkeling with the safety equipment.

I hope this resort can provide maggi cup for people to stay up late night 😆 just my two cents ✌️

We were highly disappointed with our stay at the Waterhouse, the room was okay but our balcony doors would not lock or shut properly so we had to sleep with them open, we got offered to use snorkels but unfortunately these were covered in Mould so that made them unsafe for us to use them, we wanted to swim in the water but it was really dirty and full of rubbish, there is a water park advertised on booking.com which is very misleading, also we were giving no information about the boat tours untill I contacted you which was too late for us to decide and also came at an extra cost, the bungalows next to us was still under construction so while we are trying to relax in our room the banging noise constant which made us very unsettled, the food was extremely poor, my friend is vegan so she could not eat anything while we were she could not survive another night without food we tried to explain this to staff but they did not understand, also the aircon and electricity can’t be in use untill 6pm so again while we are trying to relax in the room we are very uncomfortable with the heat and this was not an enjoyable experience for us at all, the toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to use this in the dark as we had no electricity till a certain time. The staff did their best but we paid a high price for what we experienced and we feel extremely disheartened so therefore we request a refund for the second nights stay. Thank you
