Case Vacanza appartamenti Trinacria

Das Haus ist relativ neu, liegt in einem Neubaugebiet. Es war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, ein Parkplatz befindet sich im Innenhof, außerhalb der Saison kann man aber auch gut auf der Straße parken. Strand, Lokale und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen!

We have had an amazing stay at Case Vacanza. What we liked: 1. Very good contact with the property owner/administrator. 2. Great location. 3. Free parking on the property area. 4. Balkony/roof terrace. 5. Well equipped kitchen. 6. Air conditioning.

What we would change: 1. The property owner policy is that no dish detergent is supplied. I understand that, nevertheless having a 1Euro dish detergent would be really helpful and help to keep the kitchen clean. 2. Would be great if the closets had some shelfs in it.

Trotz unserer Verspätung wurden wir freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingeführt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns selbst versorgen konnten. Unsere Anfragen während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung. Danke!

Maria, die Kontaktperson vor Ort, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist der Hafen und der Supermarkt nicht weit. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig wie die meisten Bauten in Italien.

Super wyposażony apartament, kuchnia ma wszystko co jest potrzebne do gotowania, nawet ściereczki i nożyczki, cudowny mini ogród z tyłu apartamentu, przemiła obsługa.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was good Wi-Fi. There was a beach umbrella. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. The host was available by phone and in person close to the apartment. We had an issue with the cooler. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes! Perfect support! Parking was available. The property was available after the season, when some of the surrounding apartments were closed.

Kitchen, bathroom and bed rooms are OK but living rooms is missing, in generall in apatment is space is tiny, very limited.

Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux dans l’appartement Limone, situé au premier étage. L’appartement est très beau, moderne et bien agencé. Tout le nécessaire était présent, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans souci. La literie était agréable et nous avons bien dormi. Un autre point positif est le parking sécurisé à l’intérieur du complexe, très pratique et rassurant. En plus, l’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage, et à 5 minutes à pied, il y a une boulangerie avec de délicieuses pâtisseries. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour son confort et sa situation parfaite !

Les coussins de tête étaient assez fins, et il aurait fallu payer un supplément pour en avoir d'autres. Le lave-linge commun coûte 8€, ce qui nous paraît un peu exagéré pour un service partagé. Il manque un meuble dans la salle de bain pour déposer les produits de toilette, ainsi que des crochets pour les serviettes, car il n'y en avait pas assez pour 5 personnes.
