that it was a new building

1. in the morning it smelled very bad in the bathroom 2. it is not that close to the beach as others say, it is >10 minutes away and when outside temperature is >30 degrees and you have 2 small children it is not that fun

Clean apartment, kitchen well equipped.

The location is far from the beach and from the center. About 1 km. The town is not of any interest at all. The beach was fabulous but crowded and at 11 am no sunbed available.
