Easily accessible Security is tight as I arrived late. Room was clean
The reception was unwelcoming. I sent an email requesting early check in. They told me it wasn't sent . I wasn't given a Wifipassword. I used my own wifi. No area map was given,I wasn't shown the pool area,dining area 😕 I had ro navigate for myself. All I got was sign this document I'm going to.look for an available room for you.

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the hot shower.
The main light did not switch off and had to sleep with the light on, which was disturbing. The TV didn't have a remote and the little carpet on the floor by the bed was dirty. They should also consider having block out curtains installed.

Beautiful place and comfortable beds.
Bathroom door was broken, no bathroom towers, basin was leaking, no side lamp globes and the blinds didn’t close properly and plus the sun shines through the blinds.

The set up was very good and clear. The was a good atmosphere inside the room
