Beautiful on Devonport

Plenty of space and comfy beds. Milk and food there to use so you didn't have to find a shop for supplies straight away. Very nice bonus we weren't expecting. Host also left a list of handy information about the place

Excellent accommodation located in a quiet and upmarket area, very close to the city/CBD. It took a brisk 4 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops,bars, and supermarket in vicinity of Merivale Mall. Great value for money- location, clean, spacious for our group of 5. Lovely cosy welcoming home - heaters in every room, additional blankets, comfortable beds. Kitchen and laundry both well stocked and well equipped, air fryer was a nice addition. Free WiFi was excellent. Host sent email with access code 1 day before our arrival and was considerate about what we may need for our 4 year old grandchild. Highly recommend this accommodation, would book here again when next in Christchurch.

There wasn't anything that we couldn't work around. Totally satisfied, met all our needs, and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accomodation. Great value for money. A mere 15-20 minute ride to the CBD. Groceries and other amenities available nearby. The house was well stocked with snacks, tea and other basics.

Location is good. Door lock is broken so we cannot get in. However the owner came and fixed it.

1F room window cannot be locked so we feel.unsafe. Curtains of.both rooms on 2F are broken and we felt very uncomfortable.

Cute little house, tidy and in a nice location

Very noisy floor - people in upstairs room walking around is loud in downstairs bedroom.

The location was very quiet, and the little things like some biscuits and milk was much appreciated after a very long hot drive. Thank you very much for that The key code was a excellent way to enter the property, just so convenient. The upstairs main bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, including my own. With all the kitchen equipment for stay home meals .

The curtains in the upstairs did not close very well at all. That may not worry alot of people in fairness,but when I get up at 2.20am to be at work by 3am then I'm looking for a wee sleep in on my time off A wee bit knocked around by staying guests I would say with their bags which I felt for the money would be painted over. A wee bit on the expensive side

Location is excellent for shops and the city center, all walk-able. The area is upmarket and quite. The hosts were excellent and supplied everything for our trip, utensils & towels etc.

There was no outdoor furniture during our 3 night stay which didn't bother us that much as we were out most of the time.
