"Comfortable Apartment in Luquillo"

The apartment was comfortable and pretty well staffed. The host is great and helped us quickly on our first day. The staff of the building is also really nice. The elevator is really slow, but you can easily walk upstairs. Most beautiful beach nearby: Monserrate beach.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped, comfortable, nice and clean. Awesome customer service and communication from Jasmine the apartment owner ❤️

Outdoor facilities a lil outdated. Couldn’t use the pool or the elevator

"It was very memorable."

The security staff on the premises were exceptionally kind. Parking was convenient, and the apartment itself was very comfortable, featuring stylish furniture and a large, modern smart TV. While the elevator (run down and malfunctioning also very slow) and staircase felt a bit unsettling, the apartment’s fans, air conditioning (three separate systems) and fully equipped kitchen more than made up for it. The bathroom and two sets of towels were a nice addition for comfortable stay. Also the exchange with the contact person was very helpful.

The elevator didn’t meet the best of standards. But at least we didn’t get stuck inside of it.
