Gorgeous stay near Montepulciano and Val D’Orcia. Lovely chilled pool, nice restaurant and friendly staff who recommended an evening in Cortona, at La Loggetta, which was one of the highlights of our two week trip in Italy!

Das Anwesen liegt schön und die Architektur ist ansprechend gestaltet. Der Chef war höflich und hat sich zweimal erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Anlage hätte grundsätzlich Potenzial.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gründlich gereinigt (Spinnweben, Ungeziefer, veraltetes Bad), ein Tag lang gab es kein Wasser. Die Anlage ist extrem hellhörig und sehr laut durch stundenlanges tägliches Mähen mit einem Traktor – hier wäre ein Mähroboter die deutlich bessere Lösung. Das Frühstück war chaotisch organisiert (verdorbene Joghurts, defekter Toaster, schmutziger Tisch) und auf Wünsche wurde unmotiviert reagiert. Beim Check-out wurde auf unsere Kritik nur mit dem Hinweis geantwortet, das Bad sei „typisch toskanisch“ – auch ein rustikaler Stil rechtfertigt aber keine defekte Toilette und keine zu enge, veraltete Dusche in dieser Preisklasse.

Everything was lovely with excellent service and location. Greatl public areas with beautiful garden and a small pool - very clean

Showers need better maintenance for leaking and fixing the placement of handels for shower heads. No Spa and fitness center Mosquito nets and curtesy water bottle. Breakfast was rich but lacking of fresh vegetables. Hotel name on main gate was missing.

O Atendimento foi excelente, Vanessa (Brasileira) MUITO atenciosa. O Local é belíssimo e muito agradável.

The place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, very well kept. The room was nice, with comfortable beds, nicely decorated, giving a very cosy and homely feeling. We had lots of little places outside where you could just sit and enjoy the beauty around. The breakfast was very good, quite a few options to choose from. The restaurant was also open for dinner, and the food was delicious.

Our room had a door of glass mostly, which in theory is nice cause more light can come in, but a bit more privacy won't hurt either.
