The cooling is through the floor using a convector. The floor can get a little bit frosty. I've understood they need to install something extra in order in order to have the normal AC working. There is some sort of kitchen and dinning area, but there is no way to heat up some food. A stove is expected to be installed in the future. Maybe we had the bad luck to have the neighbors to celebrate something and throw a party just in that particular night, with loud outside music. They stopped the music around 11 PM.
