The property is neat, clean and very well secured. I liked that it was quite central to many of the attractions around the city. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location is perfect. Security as well is good.

Please train your receptionist to communicate better. e.g.: Washing machines were not working, had to constantly check with her. She expected us to check-out a day before scheduled, did not really come back to apologize (having the house-keepers coming to clean the rooms whilst we were in stay). She only mentioned it when the guys were swopping the washing machines. She needs more grooming.
