"The Not-So-FabHotel "

This hotel did not have any signboard that said "FabHotel". I had to ask around to find it. It seems like a new property where construction is still going on. The rooms are new, but do not have much facilities. Toiletries missing. Mosquitoes everywhere. Water was not bottled, they offered only RO filled water bottles. At night, someone shut the main gate (which is basically a construction site gate). I could not enter the property, there was no guard or was asleep inside somewhere. I never received the direct phone of the hotel, called Fabhotel customer care. Took me a while to get through IVR. They gave me some number of a manager who did not pick the first 3 calls. Then this fellow gave me a number of someone at the property who then comes down and before opening the gate, he questions me if I really was staying there. All in all, a forgetful experience. I guess once the basics are ironed out, this would be a great property for sure. They're just unorganized right now.
