INI truly appreciated the serene location of the property, the tastefully designed and well-appointed rooms, the warm and welcoming staff, and the beautifully maintained garden areas. The guided navigation signage along the approach road was very helpful and made the arrival experience smooth and convenient. The food was delicious, offering authentic Kerala flavors, and the dining area was pleasant and well maintained. I also found the support provided for local activities to be very helpful, which enhanced the overall experience.
Swimming pool was in maintenance, however it was informed via phone well in adavance.

Bed sheets were dirty upon our arrival and were only replaced partially upon our request, waiting time for dinner very long, additional services at very high prices. Paid 100€/night (admittedly, we did book last minute) but 1/3 of that price would be acceptable in my opinion
DESchlechter Service. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Woher die 8.5 Sterne Bewertung kommt ist mir ein Rätse. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar warum der Übernachtungspreis so hoch ist.

Noise - early in morning call to prayer, and noise from aircraft on flight path to Kochi Airport Quite remote - I should have realised before I booked.
USPool is wonderful, views are fantastic, staff is professional and kitchen although very slow is incredibly tasty.
