I had a lovely stay in Matera at this beautiful room located right in the heart of the city. The view from the property was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect glimpse of Matera’s unique charm. The room itself was tasteful, clean, and comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was polite and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Amazing view. Great location

The place was okay but nothing special a'd the comfort was simple.

location was good for walking around the sassi. the room was clean and comfortable. Also Rocco was available to pick us up and drive us back to the parking and help with the luggages

Absolutely wonderful stay in Matera, huge rooms with incredible views. Rocco offered coffee, tea, jam, water and toast for us, as well as offering great services and quick communication. Very clean rooms, underfloor heating in the bathroom, comfortable beds, right in the heart of Matera.

Just an overall great experience, we will definitely come back!

The view was amazing, the location is perfect for experiencing the magic of the Sassi, the owner is really nice, patient and tolerant.
