Quite street, small city. Very good bed.

Awful internet connection. In apartment very low cell service

First of all, the TV did not work (see the first picture attached) hence the TV was mentioned as an advantage of the apartment. The owners should take it off the list if they are not willing to pay for the television. Second of all, the washing machine did not work properly. We choose this apartment because of the washing machine since we are in Italy for a long holiday as well as going to the beach every single day so the washing machine is necessary for us here. On our second day in the apartment we decided to wash our clothes and everything was fine except that the door of the machine did not open due to washing machine not draining the water properly. We tried quite a few functions of washing but the machine was already clogged by previous residents and was not draining hence the door did not open. We contacted the owners of the apartment but they were not willing to help since they believed that we are not able to use the machine correctly. They suggested to wait for the repairman but since we have spent basically the whole day in the apartment we went to beach and told them to come later. They suggested to try it open once again when we are back from the beach and we indeed did but it did not work. To add to that, they blamed us for putting too much laundry in the machine and breaking it and when we asked for the compensation for the damaged clothes (since they were in the machine for the whole day and might have developed rotten, musty smell from being in the water for so long) they told us that it is premature. After many texting the owners decided to come to the apartment at 10.30 p.m., the lady was acting nice at first but the man looked aggressive, acted inadequately. They turned on the machine and tried washing clothes but since it was not draining the water, the washing function could not end. Then they used the “emergency” opening of the door and finally got our clothes out of it.
