The apartment was very clean and fully equipped (towels, kitchen utensils, A/C, washing machine etc.). It is located only 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus from the historic city centre. The bus station is only 3 minutes walk. In only 5 minutes walk there are two supermarkets. The check-in and check-out process went through the corresponding app and was straight forward (we found the keys easy without any problem). The host was always available through the app to answer our questions within 10 min.

The air freshner in the bathroom was pretty intense, but this is my personal opinion. :)

There's a supermarket close by and close to the river. The studio has a laundry machine, fridge, and an electric kettle.

There were two key boxes, black and gray. It was not specified which key box was for the property. We wanted to cancel our reservation because of the digital check in. They wanted us to install an app. We were not sure what app to install. The sofa couch was very uncomfortable, uneven, and very low. There was an all day construction drilling noise on our last day until about 8 pm. I notified the owner. Nothing was done about it. We were not informed ahead of time that there would be drilling and hammering noise. The patio has dead plants, dusty table and an open empty space with no garden, but sticking out big tubes of an unfinished space of land.

That's close enough to the old town so it's a nice walk.

I'm going to start with this I am a Booking.com Genius Level 3 and have work all over the world dozens of times with different locations. Here and there, a place might have something that isn't the best, nothing is perfect. But this place is awful. The staff- if we can say that- our owners. Having an Airbnb is a business, and I understand that- one has to make money. But the owner here really just wants to make money and they don't care about anything else. They invented an app and you have to use it to get into the apartment. That alone sounds like much, especially since the app needs a lot and you have to do it and a very technical and a perfect timeline. All of their emails respond with the same click and paste, no matter what your question is about. I was getting a bus to Slovenia and wasn't sure I was going to arrive to get to their place between for between 4-8:00 p.m., so I asked if they would be willing to stretch the window Maybe by an hour since I do not know the time yet. I got the same response saying "yes - you can check in from 3-9 by paying €25. When I arrived, I couldn't find the key box. As part of their app, they did send me a video about how to find it. The video kept getting crashing their app, Zymzo, so it didn't help me much. I called the owner and I asked them many times if they could tell me anything to help me. All she said was "we sent you the video" and "well, it always works for anyone else." Eventually, she just hung up the line. I called back several times and no one answered. Inside it was pretty dirty in the bathroom, and the heaters don't work. Remember - I have used booking.com dozens of times all over the world. My review is not me being complainer. I'm serious- go somewhere else.

The apartment was dirty, there was dust in the livingroom and mould in the bathroom. Also the washing sponge was very dirty!!! They did not prepare the cot, we had to find it (it was hidden in the bed) and it was broken!!! Owner did not pick up the phone…there is no air condition, there are a lot of mosquitos (there is no mosquito net on the windows) expensive, terrible stay
