"Wat een top appartement"

De ruimte, prima bed, prima douche. En gave kunst aan de muren, binnen en buiten. Alles echt alles beviel.

"Affordable, good location, great stylish old school apartment"

Perfect apartment, clean, well equipped (but I didn‘t do any cooking) nice double bed and I guess the sofa is a folding-bed. Although middle in a busy area totally silent as it is in the back yard. Location is about 20 min walking from historic center, so even in Night time doable.

Everything was great! Great apartment, spacious, clean, had everything one could possibly need and in a great neighborhood- super convenient! I would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone.

"Wonderful stay in Riga"

The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. The owner was very responsive and asnwer all the questions. There is fully equipped kitchen where you find all for making meals. All the rooms are very spaceous. The owner even pepared toys for our little boy. We liked our stay.

Все сподобалось! Таке рідко трапляється, але бінго, це найкращі апартаменти в Ризі та під час моїх подорожей. Якщо їхати до Риги, то на Тербатас,56. Я тут нарешті виспалась, тихо бо у дворі, транспорт не заважає, не треба тащити ту валізу і 5 рюкзаків на умовний 4 поверх, бо тут все зручно, швидко - вертаєшся з ознайомлення містом і релаксуєш в тиші. Я вже мовчу про універсальність квартири: пральна машина, праска, вся побутова техніка на кухні, посуд, комфортна ванна кімната коли вода залишається в душовій, а не по всій ванній кімнаті, тут санвузол зручний і є де розставити свої приналежності. Є телевізор з ютюб, сушарка для одягу, дитячі іграшки навіть.

Зараз хороші відгуки залишу і буде багато охочих тут знімати апартаменти, а я хочу сюди повернутися, бо мені тут все чудово і затишно.

"O oază de relaxare urbană la un raport calitate-preț excelent!"

Apartamentul este poziționat central (la aprox 20 min de centrul vechi). Magazine alimentare în apropiere. Este într-o curte interioară, așadar e liniște mereu. Spațios, confortabil, bine dotat, foarte curat, impresionează prin stilul arhitectural și prin sobrietatea mobilierului. Proprietarul este comunicativ și mereu gata să ajute. Recomand cu încredere!

Apa este dură, calcaroasă, usucă pielea. Presiune scăzută la apa caldă .
